JN Project Management work in association with other professionals (architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers) to ensure that a quality product is delivered to our clients.

Project management

This our core business which involves all the other principles. Managing the project as leader of the team for the client or the contractor, depending on our appointment.

Principal Agent (JBCC)

Administering the JBCC contract as the Principal Consultant, taking care of the key items involved: contractual, financial and quality management.

Project Inception (Project Rescue)

JN Project Management is employed during an existing project by the client or contractor to step in as Project Manager or Principal Agent to bring the project back on track and mitigate delays, financial losses and avoid possible litigation between the parties.

Construction management

Management of construction projects: Civil, structural or Building on behalf of the developer or main contractor.

Quality Control

We implement Quality Control measures to ensure the delivered product is as per the design requirements and client expectations. we also provide indepent snagging at the end of your project

Development Facilitation

Facilitating the whole process of new developments through the employment of the professional team and other stakeholders and the management of the process from inception through to implementation and construction.


JN Project Management can facilitate the design of the project from inception through to council submission and site attendance thereafter. We can provide design services directly to the client or through negotiation with architects and engineers we have long standing relationships.


Programming of the construction phases ensuring all the detail tasks and critical path items are identified to ensure a relevant timeline to completion is presented for planning and cash flow purposes.
